Run: No run. I’ll get back on that.

Waist: 39″, boo.

So, after a weekend of barely doing anything (did kenpo twice though) I am bearing the consequences– no results. Tonight I started the last week of phase 1. I am trying not to get discouraged, but I really want my day 30 photos to show drastic improvement like the progress photos I see online. I guess I will just have to work harder. I’m going to start hardcore following the diet plan. I’m going to get my 30 minute run in every day, and I am going to finish the damn workouts.

I am however thrilled that my fiance has kept with the program, too, mostly. Also, one of our friends started tonight as well, best of luck to you to.

Tonight was yoga. I finished the first 30 minutes pretty solidly, but then I took the break. I think that might have been what halted the workout. After coming back from a 5 minute break, I arms were mush and my balance was terrible. However, I did make it to 48minutes. I learned one thing tonight, the stretch at the right-angle pose might not be as difficult if I didn’t have a ginormous booty. I’ll get right on that :P
